After excavating and installing a cleanout and check system the week prior, the team returned to rehabilitate the line using LightRay® systems.
In just one afternoon, the crew completed work that typically takes multiple days. They fully restored the sewer line while minimizing disruption to the customer.
A One-Afternoon Sewer Renewal with LightRay®
With the system prepared, the crew used two proven LightRay® solutions to complete the rehabilitation efficiently:
- LightRay® LR+ was used to install a full-length liner through 55 feet of 6-inch clay pipe, restoring the main section of the line without additional excavation.
- LightRay® LR3 was then used to complete a targeted spot repair through the transition into 4-inch cast iron, ensuring a seamless connection across differing pipe materials.
